72 hours prior = 1 day fee

48 hours or less = full reservation fee

Check-in = no earlier than noon

Check-out = no later than 11:00am

Group reservations = anything over 7 nights booked or family

reunions, weddings, etc, either as a party or booked separately

require special notice. Full payment required at reservation with

a refund, minus a $65 cancellation fee with 90 day's notice.
